As President of Tunista Services, LLC., Mr. May ensures that Calista Corporation (Parent Company) vision and mission are incorporated into long range business goals that benefit the shareholders. Mr. May comes to Tunista Services from the Yulista Holding Company where he served as the Director of Finance. Mr. May also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Yulista Holding. Tunista Services is now experiencing a period of exciting growth and Mr. May’s duties will be to define growth and operational strategies that maximize the profitability of the company while ensuring growth occurs in accordance with Calista shareholder values.
As the former General Manager for one of Hawaii’s largest moving and storage companies, Mr. Nakamura has a proven track record of managing large warehouse operations with significant OCONUS logistical considerations. Since 2002, Mr. Nakamura has been an integral part of Tunista’s operations in the Pacific Rim. Starting as Program Manager for the startup and implementation of the Furnishings Management Office Warehouse at Hickam Air Force Base, Mr. Nakamura became Tunista’s Regional Director overseeing all of the Pacific Rim operations and employees. Mr. Nakamura was promoted to Vice President in December 2014.
Mr. Carr became the Gila Bend Air Auxiliary Field Program Manager for Yulista Management Services in 2004. During this time, he has implemented operations, budgeting, security, and quality control for the US Air Force facility contract. Mr. Carr brings 20 years of relevant experience in base operations and facility management. He has been responsible for improving the quality of customer service, contract compliance, as well as participating in union negotiations and grievance proceedings. In 2009, he was promoted to the Chiulista Services, Inc. Vice President of Base and Range Services. In 2015, Mr. Carr was named the Director of Base and Range Operations for TSL.
